Too much money for so little use
I purchased this stapler after getting frustrated with the poor impact of other staple guns, as well as the ease of use in squeezing the handle. I happened to be able to complete several projects this past year with the gun with no problems. Just started a new project and the gun stopped working. Probably have the equivalent total man hours on this equipment of about 2 mos. but owned for over a year. Guess when the warranty expired? Not happy about the money spent for so little return. On my way to hardware store to buy another model.

Got very little use before breakage
Its functional once you figure out how it wants to be held and how it wants to be squeezed. I built 1-3'X4' birdcage and recarpeted 1/2 the runner boards on a boat trailer before it quit working. I still have the better 1/2 a box of 9/16" staples left.

T50 RED
I work for a HVAC company with over 200 employees in it and the stapler of we use and is given to us free by my company is the T50. I as well as everyone in the company have had many issues with this stapler. The T50 will work ok for a month or so and then starts jamming up and looses power. i went through five or six t50 this tear alone. So I went out and got a T50 RED and I am very happy with this product right out of the box tried all size staples and brad nails and the t50 RED has more power, jams less and saves lots of time loading staples. I have only had this stapler for a little while but so far very happy with it. the only thing a noticed is u have to be very careful when loading staples and make sure the outer sleeve of the ram slides over the staples and not into them or it will jam and not fire. So take a second to watch the other sleeve and u will not have any problems with it. I will recommend this product to everyone in my company and maybe even try to get my company to switch to this product. And if so that will be a few hundred purchases every few months for the t50 RED. And with the ten year limited warranty and three year replacement I believe they will defiantly switch to this stapler. that being said all stapler guns are not dependable and jam up and fail so finding a good one that works every time u use it is impossible I have tried many different brands and they al work for a few months and fail. so this is a coomon problem with all brands not just arrow. the t50 is the choice of professionals. but the t50 RED with a few mods can easly take its place.

not a good tool
The worst staple gun I've ever owned!! I have a 20 yr. old craftsman that is 10 times better. I crushed it so I would not try to use it again!!
